Horrible experience with this company I do not recommend using my wife and I dropped her car off last Tuesday for an oil change to be done Wednesday morning never received a phone call saying that the car was done once we finally called them, They said the oil change was done the car’s ready to be picked up. My wife’s been driving the car for a week now and the car went into limp mode yesterday, July 14. So she had to have the car towed over to Firestone, where we usually take it Firestone looked over everything and did a diagnostics on it and said that the oil had never been changed. There was still a dirty oil filter and the oil level was low and dirty. So I’m curious what we paid for? Zero out of five stars everyone beware and I would recommend taking your car anywhere else but here

Last year I had the shop put a set of brakes and decided to have the oil changed while I was there too. Got a oil change notification in the mail with a discount so I popped in for an oil change, but they were booked for the day. The Assistant Manager, Dominic had to open the store so he gave me an 8 am appt the following day. They have taken very good care of my car and I try to always support my local businesses. #AboveandBeyond

My brakes were grinding, I made an appointment to bring my car here on May 5th. Within a couple weeks, I had a metal clanging sound under the driver's side. I had to make an emergency stop at another TireChoice during a work day to have it looked at and was shown a large metal hook that had been left in my car by someone working on it and was told there were no bolts on my brakes. I was not charged for this service but I overheard conversation between employees about whether or not they had the right bolts. A few days later, May 26th yet again the metal slamming is back. I took my car back to TireChoice on Whipple. I explained what had been going on. And the employee told me that the day I got my brakes done, no one authorized to work on brakes was working. He also said that there were no bolts on my brakes again. I assume the 2nd location put wrong ones on and they fell off rather than completely leave them off again, but at this point who knows. They were replaced at no additional fee. I'm very upset that I paid $680 to have my brakes done poorly and that I've been driving in incredibley dangerous conditions without knowing it. I will be asking for a refund and will not be visit

I had a flat tire after work this morning, went to Walmart and purchased a new tire, two different Walmarts both told me they could not mount and balance the tire I bought there because of my type of car and it being AWD/4WD so my husband and I came here. We had a bit of a wait and after waiting, the guy told us since we didn't buy the tire there and he couldn't insure the work, he wasn't going to charge us to put the tire we bought at Walmart on, lol we were having a rough day and our battery died while we waited (sleepy husband accidentally left something running we think, LOL we're night shifters) but the guy gave us a jump as well and got us going again. Absolutely fantastic customer service! I did not catch his name but next time I need a tire for my car, my business will go straight to here! I will never go to Walmart for a tire again!!! Always tried to go to Walmart for the cheapest route to get brand new tires. But lesson learned, pay a bit more and give someone else the business and get it done right!
